Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Waterloo Care Home in the UK to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will support with personal care, dignity, and independence, and administer medications safely while contributing to and reviewing care plans.

The role requires a caring, confident team player with leadership qualities and promises opportunities for development and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Senior Care Assistant role 42 hours per week 8am-8pm including alternate weekends.
• Caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.

• Administer medication safely and accurately.

We’re looking for

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK

• A Senior Care Assistant to work 42 hours per week to from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
