Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Warwick (Saxon Mill) is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a high-performing team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, mentoring staff, and driving daily operations in a premium pub environment.

You will manage shifts, train staff, and develop teams to be the best they can be, while embodying the brand values of premium food and service across multiple brand experiences within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and supervising teams.
