Sugarman Health and Wellbeing Limited in Walsall is seeking a Healthcare Assistant (Complex Care) to support a lady at her home with personal care, companionship, and daily activities, promoting independence and dignity. This part-time role requires a compassionate, patient person with UK care experience; DBS clearance preferred.
Training is provided, with NVQ levels funded, weekly PAYE pay, bank holiday enhanced pay, PPE, and a Refer a Friend scheme.

As a Care Assistant, you'll support vulnerable individuals in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. You'll assist with a range of tasks, from personal care to emotional support and everyday activities.
In this rewarding role, you will be supporting a lady with complex needs (Functional Neurological Disorder and PTSD) in her own home environment. The role focuses primarily on providing meaningful companionship to help her engage with daily activities, promote independence, and build life skills. Please note that there are 2 cats in the home, so candidates must be comfortable working around pets.
Full theoretical and practical training to support skills and development (including free clinical and theory training from experienced nurses)
