Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to drive the daily operation of a busy early years setting. You will mentor and support staff, ensuring exceptional care, learning and development for every child.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent), experience in Early Years, and a strong commitment to safeguarding. You will lead by example, fostering a warm, inspiring and safe environment for children to thrive.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in an Early Years setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS is expected.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills are required.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
