Avenues Group in Swaffham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our brand-new supported living service. You will assist 16 residents with learning and physical disabilities and autism to live independently in beautifully designed flats and bungalows.

This is a values-led, person-first role where you’ll be trusted to build meaningful relationships, deliver supportive care on-site, and contribute to a positive community day by day.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring or support roles desirable.
• Able to build positive relationships with people with disabilities.
