Job summary

Avenues Group is seeking Support Workers to join two services in the Biggin Hill area, near Bromley, to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical health needs.

The role offers both full-time and part-time hours with a pro rata salary of £25,845 per year. Training is provided at no cost, DBS is paid, and there are flexible hours and clear progression paths.

Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities or those who have similar support to live independently,

Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs,

Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections,

Providing respectful personal care where needed,

No care experience? That’s OK. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have great transferable skills and we’ll teach you the rest.
