Avenues Group in Rochester is hiring Support Workers to join a friendly team caring for five adults with learning and physical disabilities and communication needs in a residential service. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility to cover early, late and sleep-in shifts across the week and a full UK manual driving licence to drive the service vehicle.
