Job summary

STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing site in Sunderland. The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, with a 4-on/4-off continental shift pattern, days and nights.

Starting pay is £14 per hour, rising to £14.92 per hour after 12 weeks. You will support setup and operation of specialist equipment, perform quality checks, and record data using computer systems while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to perform basic quality checks on manufactured products.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured training programs.

Working on a continental shift pattern, 4 on 4 off, days and nights, £14ph rising to £14.92ph after 12 weeks.
