Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Production Operative for their Chapel-en-le-Frith operation. The role includes setting up and operating machines, performing tool changes for different runs, and monitoring performance with accuracy in records.

You will contribute to a supportive team culture while maintaining clean and orderly work areas. The shift pattern includes trainee 8am–4:30pm and trained 4:30pm–1:30am, Monday to Friday, with a base rate of £13.07 per hour plus a 33% shift

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday:

Trainee

: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday (£13.07 per hour)

Trained

: 4:30pm - 1:30am Monday to Friday (£13.07 per hour + 33% shift bonus + paid break)
