Interaction Recruitment is partnering with a Bridgwater-based manufacturing company to recruit a Production Operative. This full-time temp-to-perm role offers full training and a pathway to skilled machine operation.

You will work 4-on/4-off 12-hour day and night shifts, with pay starting at £13.39 per hour and rising to £15.91 after 12 weeks. Join a growing team focused on quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Learning to operate specialist production machinery
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Packing, wrapping and preparing finished products
• Assisting with machine changeovers and general production duties
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
• Following company procedures and Health & Safety requirements

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off - Days & Nights

Hours: 06:45-18:45 & 18:45-06:45
