Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Southampton. You will deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework, building trusting relationships with children and families.

£30,000 per year | Level 3 | Permanent | Good Ofsted

Set within a beautifully converted house, this Good Ofsted-rated nursery combines the character and warmth of a home-from-home setting with carefully designed spaces for early years learning. Cosy, age-specific rooms give children environments suited to each stage of their development, while a mixture of indoor and outdoor play areas provides plenty of opportunities to explore, create and learn through play.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a friendly team focused on creating meaningful experiences for children while providing the consistency and nurturing relationships that help them feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
