Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for an Outstanding Ofsted nursery in Rickmansworth. You will provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS, supporting children to develop confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Child-led learning and how to extend children's interests through play.
• Confidence creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning opportunities.
• A warm and nurturing approach with children.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Strong communication skills with families and colleagues.

This Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery takes a child-led approach to Early Years, creating an environment where children can develop at their own pace. Indoors, age-specific rooms provide engaging spaces and resources that support each stage of development, while the large outdoor area gives children plenty of room to get involved in everything from sandpit play and mud kitchen creations to active exploration and discovery.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll help children make the most of these environments while providing the consistent, nurturing support they need to grow in confidence and independence.
