Shepherd Neame’s Bellhouse in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to support the General Manager and lead the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You will set the tone for service, coach the team, and ensure standards, safety, and guest satisfaction are at the forefront while enjoying flexible hours and opportunities across our pubs and breweries.

The Bellhouse is a busy Pub & Restaurant located in Rayleigh Road, Leigh-on-Sea. Whether you’re joining us for dinner or drinks, you can take in the surrounding scenic garden and woodland area or our venue is the ideal location for special occasions and impromptu gatherings, all year round.
