Job summary

Shepherd Neame’s Windsor Castle pub in Carshalton is hiring a Team Leader to support the General Manager and lead the bar team in delivering outstanding hospitality.

You’ll set the tone for great service, motivate staff, and ensure guests leave with a smile. The role is full-time and permanent, with training and progression opportunities across our pubs and Brewery.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
