Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an experienced ESOL Lecturer to join a well-established college in South Yorkshire on a part-time temporary contract of 12 hours per week.

You will plan, deliver and assess ESOL lessons, monitor learner progress, and ensure records are accurate while supporting learners with diverse needs. A PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS or equivalent and a related degree are required.

• Experience delivering ESOL lessons in Further Education.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay Rate

£25.00 - £30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.
• Previous experience teaching ESOL within a Further Education college.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• A relevant degree or recognised qualification in related subject
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
