Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an experienced GCSE English Lecturer to join a well-established college in West Yorkshire on a full-time temporary contract. The role focuses on delivering high-quality GCSE English lessons and ensuring student progress in line with awarding body requirements.

You will plan, prepare, assess, and provide constructive feedback, maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching GCSE English in a Further Education college.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• A relevant degree or recognised qualification in Maths or a related subject.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Role Details

• Position: GCSE English Lecturer
• Location: West Yorkshire
• Contract: Full-time, Temporary
• Pay Rate: £30.00 - £35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
