The role ensures that buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and conducive to high-quality teaching and learning, while delivering best value and efficiency. This includes managing maintenance programmes, health and safety compliance, capital projects, and contractor performance, as well as supporting sustainability initiatives and long-term estate planning. The post holder will work closely with school leaders and Executive Business Manager to ensure that facilities services align with the Trust’s educational objectives and statutory obligations, creating environments that support both staff and pupils to thrive.
