Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of estate, premises and facilities across four Cluster Primary schools.
• Manage maintenance programmes, health and safety compliance, capital projects and contractor performance.
• Support sustainability initiatives and long-term estate planning.
• Work closely with school leaders and Executive Business Manager to ensure facilities align with educational objectives.
