Job summary

The Venn Boulevard Centre is seeking a capable Site Manager for Bridgeview Special School & Whitehouse PRU. The role oversees site maintenance, safety, and compliance while coordinating with facilities staff and contractors in a busy school setting.

Hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach. A starting salary of £29,540 is offered, with a supportive induction and ongoing professional development within the trust.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Multi Academy Trust is a group of inspirational and aspirational mainstream and specialist schools in Yorkshire, whose main objective is to ensure that all pupils make exceptional progress through the development of outstanding staff.

We are seeking to appoint a well organised, hardworking individual to take on the role of site manager at Bridgeview Special School & Whitehouse PRU.

You will lead on maintenance and management of the site and will liaise with the school's site facilities assistants, contractors, and external agencies regarding the completion of both planned and reactive maintenance. You will also work closely with the School Leadership Team to ensure that the schools comply with all requirements of health and safety, risk management and statutory testing.

The right person will have:

• Be able to carry out DIY.
• Be willing and able to complete maintenance tasks across the site.
• Have some knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Ensure the site presents well, is tidy and compliant.
