We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in a large bungalow in Slough, where we support five ladies to live fulfilling and independent lives. Each person has their own private bedroom and receives personalised support tailored to their individual needs. Three of the ladies use wheelchairs and require full support with mobility, including moving and handling, as they are non-weight bearing. Four ladies communicate in ways other than spoken words, so patience, observation skills, and a person-centred approach are essential.
This role involves providing full personal care with dignity and respect. You will be working in a lone working environment at night, so confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently are important.
Every night, you'll help create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for the people we support.
