Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Ltd is seeking passionate Level 3 Early Years Educators for its nursery settings in Shrewsbury. The role involves delivering EYFS-based activities, acting as a key person, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s development.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 EY Educator qualifications, strong knowledge of EYFS, and a commitment to safeguarding. DBS clearance and references are required before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 0–5 preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Early Education: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Key Person Duties: Act as a key person for a designated group of children, tracking their progress, building strong bonds, and completing accurate developmental observations.
• Parent Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers, providing daily updates on their child’s well-being and milestones.
• Safety & Welfare: Ensure the nursery environment remains clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively alongside room leaders, management, and fellow practitioners to maintain high standards of childcare practice.
