Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nurturing setting where children learn through play and meaningful, child-led experiences. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will have nursery experience, a solid EYFS understanding, and a caring, enthusiastic approach to childcare, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support families

  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich children's experiences.
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
