Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Ltd is seeking passionate Level 3 Early Years Educators for its nursery settings in Shrewsbury. The role involves delivering EYFS-based activities, acting as a key person, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s development.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 EY Educator qualifications, strong knowledge of EYFS, and a commitment to safeguarding. DBS clearance and references are required before starting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator with EYFS knowledge.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 preferred.
• Able to commit to safeguarding and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early education: plan and implement engaging activities in line with EYFS.
• Act as key person: track progress, build bonds, and complete observations.
• Collaborate with parents and carers, providing updates on child well-being and milestones.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment.
• Work collaboratively with room leaders and management to uphold high childcare standards.
