Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an early years professional for a warm, nurturing nursery in Lightwater. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Plan and participate in engaging activities reflecting children's interests, observe and assess progress, build positive relationships with families and colleagues, and maintain safeguarding and nursery standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
