Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited are seeking Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for a child-centred nursery in Wilmslow. You will deliver play-based activities aligned with EYFS, act as Key Person, observe progress, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment.

The role requires Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding practices, and strong communication. You will join a supportive team committed to development and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding/child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication, patience and genuine passion for children’s early development.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven working experience within a professional nursery or EYFS setting.
• Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding/child protection procedures.
• Skills: Fantastic communication, patience, and a genuine passion for children’s early development.
• Attitude: Proactive, reliable, warm, and a strong team player.
