Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a driven recruitment professional to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong client and candidate relationships, and drive new business with training and support.

This office-based role offers a basic salary of £27,000 rising to £28,000 after 12 months, 30 days leave including bank holidays, in-house training, and clear career progression within an employee-owned business.

• Full current driving licence may be required for client visits.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles.

Salary & Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

About the Role:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch break
