Job summary

TUI invites you to join our Retail Team as a Travel Advisor in our St Helier store in Jersey, where you’ll help customers choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and other products. You’ll get training on systems and be supported to become a destination expert so you can turn inquiries into memorable holidays.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while delivering great service and fun.
• Strive to achieve sales targets; in retail we call it smashing your targets.
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually; handle change and challenges.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints confidently when things don’t go to plan.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance product knowledge and advise customers.
