Job summary

TUI in Newbury is seeking a Travel Advisor to join our Retail Team. You’ll help customers choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add‑on products, turning questions into unforgettable experiences that reflect our culture of care and the brand’s commitment to great holidays.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with practical training on a range of systems to empower you to assist customers both face to face and virtually.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer questions.
• Comfort with using systems to process bookings and transactions.
