Job summary

TUI Heswall is seeking a Travel Advisor to help customers discover and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You will be part of a retail team in-store, focusing on delivering memorable holiday experiences and expert recommendations.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at our busy stores. Training on systems will support your knowledge and career development within TUI.

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a busy retail environment

• Inspire customers and colleagues while creating a fun holiday-buying experience.
• Drive sales to exceed targets and earn commission-based rewards.
