Job summary

TUI is seeking a Travel Advisor for our Kingston upon Thames store to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You will be part of a friendly team, driven to deliver memorable holiday experiences and top-notch service.

You will support customers face-to-face and virtually, working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Training on systems will expand your knowledge as you convert interest into sales while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for travel.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Excellent communication and friendly, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell Holidays, Cruises and UK Breaks to customers.
• Engage face-to-face and via digital channels to assist customers.
