Job summary

TUI Bridgend store is seeking a Travel Advisor who will help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, and UK breaks while delivering outstanding customer service. You will become a destination expert and share your passion to create memorable holiday experiences.

You will work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with training on a range of systems to support selling and after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues with your passion for holidays.
• Exceed sales objectives and actively engage in achieving targets in a retail setting.
• Adapt to changes and handle customer interactions both face to face and virtually.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when plans don’t go as expected.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance knowledge and sell holidays effectively.
