Job summary

TUI in Welwyn Garden City is looking for a Travel Advisor to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products.

You’ll work in a busy retail environment with flexible shifts, weekends and bank holidays, and a commission scheme to reward high performance. Training on new systems will support you to turn enquiries into memorable holidays and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use your passion to inspire customers and colleagues whilst delivering a great deal of fun.
• Drive sales to exceed targets in a face-to-face and virtual retail environment.
• Embrace change and adapt to challenges in a customer-engaged role.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints promptly.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance knowledge and service.
