Job summary

Housing 21 is recruiting a Court Cleaner to maintain clean and safe public/communal areas of the Court. The role includes supporting the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as required.

No prior experience is essential, but a keen eye for detail and pride in one’s work are important. The position offers a morning shift pattern from Monday to Friday at 8am to 11am, with inclusion in our employee benefits program.

• Experience in a similar role not essential.
• Willingness to support the manager with void-flat cleaning.

Job description

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, 8am -11am daily

Your role as our Court Cleaner will be to help us provide our residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.

You will also be responsible to provide support to the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.

While experience in a similar role is not essential, we are looking for someone with a great attention to detail and who takes pride in what they do.
