Housing 21 is seeking a part-time Court Cleaner in Gateshead to ensure public and communal areas are clean and safe. The role involves assisting the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats when needed, with a Monday to Friday pattern at 16 hours per week. A good eye for detail and pride in your work are valued, though prior experience is not essential.

Job description

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday 16 hours per week

Your role as our Court Cleaner will be to help us provide our residents with a clean and safe space, ensuring the public/communal areas within the Court are kept clean and tidy.

You will also be responsible to provide support to the manager with cleaning and preparing void flats as and when required.

While experience in a similar role is not essential, we are looking for someone with a great attention to detail and who takes pride in what they do.
