Change Grow Live in Rugby is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, ensuring access to the right interventions at the right time within a multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues; based in Rugby with flexibility to work across the county. 37.5 hours per week, permanent, full-time.

Salary: £28,557.79 to £32,802.41 a year, pro rata

With this role you’ll be working as part of our multidisciplinary team, based in Rugby. The team supports people with their or their loved ones drug and/or alcohol issues.

The post is primarily based in Rugby; however, flexibility to work throughout the county is essential

Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
