We are looking for a Prison In-Reach Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Coventry. Your role will focus on identifying, engaging and supporting service users with drug and/or alcohol needs, delivering targeted interventions and robust release planning to reduce substance misuse, re-offending and associated harm. You will work closely with prisons, probation services, and community-based providers to ensure seamless transitions and timely access to appropriate support on release.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become a Prison In-Reach Coordinator on a permanent basis, engaging service users who are engaged in a cycle of reoffending. This role involves weekly travel to our feeder prison, HMP Hewell, therefore access to a car and valid clean driving licence is essential for this role.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
