ISS Facilities Services is seeking a confident and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at the National College of Policing in Coventry on a brand-new contract. You will lead security operations on a high-profile site and ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of six Security Officers across a 24/7 operation.
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer on all security-related matters.
• Monitor and manage employee performance, standards and conduct.
• Ensure all site documentation, including Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures, remains accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular site inspections, officer welfare checks and quality reviews.
• Lead investigations into incidents and employee matters when required.
• Deliver inductions, training and refresher sessions to support team development.
• Champion health and safety initiatives, including Near Hit reporting and toolbox talks.
