Provide CIC is seeking a Learning Lead to deliver, coordinate and evaluate mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions, ensuring access to high-quality training for safe, effective and compassionate care.
You will lead on corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and mandatory training, equipping colleagues with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to fulfil their roles and support continuous improvement.
The Learning Lead will provide expertise in the delivery, coordination and evaluation of mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions through engaging and effective learning solutions.
They will play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality training and development opportunities that support safe, effective and compassionate care. The post holder will lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and mandatory training provision, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to fulfil their roles.
Main duties of the Learning Lead are:

We work from a variety of community settings, such as community hospitals, community clinics, schools, nursing homes and primary care settings, as well as within people's homes to provide more than 40 services to children, families and adults across Essex, Dorset, East Anglia and the North of England.

This exciting role within the Talent and Learning team will be responsible for delivery and monitoring of mandatory training for colleagues across the Social Care element of Provide Care Solutions.
This includes supporting with induction, Care Certificate and CPD opportunities, ensuring mandatory training compliance for all colleagues is above the required level and collaborating with colleagues to support with training projects across the organisation.
