Job summary

Smart Solutions (Recruitment) Limited is recruiting for Sort Line Operatives at a busy recycling facility in Redruth. The role is full-time and Monday to Friday, with standing for extended periods required.

You will sort materials from a moving conveyor, aiming to maximise quality and recovery, while maintaining a clean, safe site and following all procedures. Full PPE is provided and you will receive full H&S training and on-the-job instruction.

• Maintain good housekeeping within operator cabins and the wider facility
• Carry out general duties throughout the site

Job description

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a number of Sort Line Operatives to join our client’s busy recycling facility in Redruth.

This is a full-time, ongoing position working Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to stand for extended periods of time.

Main Duties:

• Select and sort materials from a moving conveyor at defined rates
• Help maximise quality and recovery rates
• Maintain good housekeeping within operator cabins and the wider facility
• Carry out general duties throughout the site
• Follow all health, safety and site procedures
