Smart Solutions are recruiting Recycling Line Operatives for a busy Materials Recovery Facility in Coventry (CV3). You will sort recyclables on a moving conveyor and assist with general MRF duties to support efficient waste recovery processes.

Role involves Monday to Friday shifts with rotating patterns; overtime is paid and weekly pay is offered. Armed Forces candidates meeting criteria will be interviewed.

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting Recycling Line Operatives to join our client, a leading waste management specialist based in Coventry (CV3).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), supporting recycling operations and helping to make a positive environmental impact through effective waste recovery processes.

The Role:

As a Recycling Line Operative, you will work on a moving conveyor line, identifying and sorting recyclable materials into the correct chutes or bins for further processing. You will also support general site operations across the MRF as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and pick recyclable materials from a moving conveyor line.
• Ensure quality standards and recovery targets are achieved.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, operator cabins and the wider facility.
• Carry out basic operator maintenance on plant equipment.
• Support general MRF duties as required.
• Report breakdowns, defects or safety concerns to the Shift Supervisor.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

What We Offer:

• £13.45 per hour.
• Overtime paid at £20.18 per hour after 50 hours worked.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
