Job summary

Smart Solutions (Recruitment) Limited is recruiting for Sort Line Operatives at a busy recycling facility in Redruth. The role is full-time and Monday to Friday, with standing for extended periods required.

You will sort materials from a moving conveyor, aiming to maximise quality and recovery, while maintaining a clean, safe site and following all procedures. Full PPE is provided and you will receive full H&S training and on-the-job instruction.

Responsibilities

• Select and sort materials from a moving conveyor at defined rates
• Help maximise quality and recovery rates
• Maintain good housekeeping within operator cabins and the wider facility
• Carry out general duties throughout the site
• Follow all health, safety and site procedures
