Job summary

Yorkshire Trading Company in Sleaford is recruiting 3 sales assistants for 16 hours across 4 days, with weekend rotation and possible early starts. You will deliver high levels of customer service, maintain store standards, and keep stock uptodate.

Training on the till will be provided and you’ll assist with deliveries and product knowledge. The role emphasizes greeting customers, understanding needs, and driving sales while adhering to company policies.

Job description

Yorkshire Trading Company are a family owned and run business with 38 stores throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East; a busy E:Commerce operation and outdoor events teams who trade nationwide.

We now have an opportunity for an additional 3 recruits to the sales assistant team in our Sleaford store.

The positions offered are: 16 hours over 4 days to include weekends on a rota basis and may include some early mornings

Our goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation
