Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a Production Shift Manager for a leading UK manufacturer in Poole. You will oversee production across multiple process lines, manage section leaders, and drive efficiency on a Monday-Friday, 3-shift pattern.

You will lead planning, forecast purchasing, and interface with internal and external stakeholders, providing direction to the team and championing best practice and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering or manufacturing background with multiple process lines.
• Experience of people management including performance management, training and development
• Process improvement knowledge

Responsibilities

• Developing and communicate long term visibility of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the product
• Overseeing, scheduling, and forecasting of planning activities, overseeing procurement and ensuring that purchasing is cost effective
