Randstad Education is seeking a resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and complex needs in a supportive school environment. This role operates 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, term-time, on a day-to-day flexible contract, assisting with 1:1 and small group learning.
You will de-escalate behaviours using trauma-informed approaches, help with emotional regulation and social skills, and tailor activities to EHCP targets while fostering an inclusive classroom culture.

At the heart of our school, we are committed to supporting the young people in our care to build their self-esteem and confidence, develop meaningful and positive friendships, and engage in a curriculum that will allow them to find success in their adult lives. All of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) as a core identified need. The majority of our learners also present with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and communication and interaction difficulties.
