Randstad Education is seeking a resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH, ADHD and ASD in a flexible day-to-day setting. You will deliver 1:1 and small group support, de-escalate challenging behaviour with trauma-informed practices, and help learners build confidence and social skills.
You will adapt learning materials to meet EHCP targets and sensory needs while fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment in a supportive school context.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday, Term-Time)
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Flexible
At the heart of our school, we are committed to supporting the young people in our care to build their self-esteem and confidence, develop meaningful and positive friendships, and engage in a curriculum that will allow them to find success in their adult lives. All of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) as a core identified need. The majority of our learners also present with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and communication and interaction difficulties.
