Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH and ASD in a flexible day-to-day role. The position is based in Okehampton with term-time hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, use restorative approaches to manage behaviour, and adapt materials to EHCP targets while fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment for vulnerable learners.

All of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) as a core identified need. The majority of our learners also present with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and communication and interaction difficulties.
