Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Community Care Services Administrator for the North East Derbyshire area. The role is part-time (22.5 hours, Monday to Friday) with travel between sites and a mix of clerical duties to support core clinical staff.

The role involves a variety of administrative tasks supporting the function of Community Care Services. You will be providing support to the Core community teams across North East Derbyshire.
We will support staff who are not experienced in administration, or who would like a new opportunity to learn more, or start their career within the NHS.
There are 2 posts available at 22.5hrs each, permanent and 12-month fixed term contract.
Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Team
Undertake administrative duties including word processing, excel, data entry, photocopying, and filing both electronic and paper-based documents
Provide first contact via telephone for queries, respond to day to day enquiries and maintain an efficient message taking system
Assist with archiving activities and filing updates e.g. staffs personal files, patients electronic records etc.
Enter and extract data from DCHS systems as needed
Be responsible for the ordering and stock management of dressings for dressing hubs and goods via the NHS Supply Chain and Unit 4 - Also a element of moving and handling goods
Lead on various audits ensuring governance and standards are maintained
Process unassigned tasks on the SystmOne unit
Travel daily between various sites as required.
