The Team Administrator provides a high-quality administrative and front-of-house service, supporting clinicians, managers and the wider multidisciplinary team. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, arranging meetings, taking minutes, handling telephone enquiries, producing reports and statistical information and ensuring confidential information is managed appropriately. The post holder plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service while delivering excellent customer care to service users, carers and partner agencies.

DBS Checks
The cost of undertaking a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) disclosure will be met by the individual. The Trust will meet the initial costs of the disclosure which will be deducted from your first month’s salary.
