Retirement Villages Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Willowbury in West Malling. This full-time role requires 5 days out of 7, with some evenings and weekends.

You’ll ensure spotless resident apartments and communal areas, handle laundry with care, and support light maintenance to keep the village welcoming. We value compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently while being sensitive to the needs of older adults.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in residential or hospitality settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanour.
• Sensitivity to the needs and preferences of older adults.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Performing regular cleaning tasks in residents' apartments and common areas.
• Laundering residents' linens and clothing with care.
• Keeping lounges, dining areas, and hallways clean and presentable.
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the village.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to provide the highest standards of cleanliness and service across our beautiful new retirement village - The Willowbury, West Malling. This is a full time role working 5 days out of 7 - flexibility will be required as some evenings and weekends may be included.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our residents' homes and communal areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing regular cleaning tasks in residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Laundering residents' linens and clothing with care and attention to detail.
• Keeping communal areas such as lounges, dining areas, and hallways clean and presentable.
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the village.
