Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Smethwick is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive service excellence and help run day-to-day operations.

Based at Miller & Carter on Birmingham Hagley Road, the role celebrates steak mastery and guest satisfaction. We offer progression, staff discounts across brands, and industry-leading training including the 3 day Steak School.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
